The Osteria S. Giuseppe owes its name to an old restaurant of the Thirties, that offered hospitality to villagers and wayfarers. It was 2005 when Marco, who had always been engaged in catering, decided to give new life to the old activity. His wife Albertina enthusiastically supported his project. Here is how the current restaurant, pizzeria and Inn took shape. Each room was renovated and equipped with modern facilities. Marco and Albertina decided to maintain the characteristics of the ancient inn and they reproduced its warm and rustic atmosphere, where seems that time has stood still. Today the Osteria S. Giuseppe's dining room can seat up to 35 people. Here, you will taste a cuisine that follows the alternation of the seasons. Moreover we do a careful research of the high quality raw materials, selecting conscious producers and realities of the territory.
It is a place where those who enter are not just a customer, but a guest to be welcomed, guided and greeted with a goodbye.
Our Menu
The menu is a journey through the flavors of the Earth and the Sea, pizza included. We lead our guests to discover the Mediterranean tradition, which draws on the scents, colors and flavors of the Italian food and wine culture. Our dishes are born from the encounter between skilful working method and careful selection of ingredients, so as to guarantee one constant quality. Among the proposals there is no shortage of the best Italian excellences, such as the precious cut of Angus, Culatello di Zibello, summer truffles, fresh handmade pasta. Our pizzas they are prepared with fresh and genuine ingredients. The naturally leavened dough gives the pizza lightness and fragrance, enhanced by cooking in a wood oven. We propose further 50 types of pizzas, ranging from red to white, from classic to specialty. The wine list it is designed to complement and enhance each dish and boasts a vast selection of national labels. We also pay attention to guests with food intolerance who, on request, can enjoy gluten-free, lactose-free or customized dishes according to individual needs.
